APQP Training at MGB France
For 2.5 days, a multi-disciplinary MGB team was trained in APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning). This methodology enables better management of the development and industrialization of new products.
The goal: To minimize risks and deviations to provide better service to our clients when they entrust us with new products, while ensuring deliverables that meet their expectations.
Inspired by the automotive market, this approach, already in place at MGB, will soon become essential in the aerospace industry. We now have all the tools necessary to adapt it to the specificities and production volumes of bar turning.
