For 2.5 days, a multi-disciplinary MGB team was trained in APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning). This methodology enables better management of the development and industrialization of new products.<\/p>\n
The goal<\/i><\/b>: To minimize risks and deviations to provide better service to our clients when they entrust us with new products, while ensuring deliverables that meet their expectations.<\/p>\n
Inspired by the automotive market, this approach, already in place at MGB<\/a>, will soon become essential in the aerospace industry. We now have all the tools necessary to adapt it to the specificities and production volumes of bar turning.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
